Jenny was our first contact , after the passing of my wife , from the very beginning she showed a true desire to guide us through such a difficult time . Everything was no problem to her , we met several of the harpins team and I must say everyone was a credit to them . Kind , considerate , and caring . You cannot praise them highly enough . The service went like clockwork , everyone showing the care and respect my wife deserved . So a big heartfelt thank you to everyone at Harpins, and a special thank you to Jenny who was there for us from start to finish of a difficult journey , I cannot praise everyone at Harpins enough .

We could not be more impressed with Harpin’s. We were cared for and supported and our Mum was incredibly well looked after. Sarah and Georgina in particular were like a huge warm hug at an incredibly difficult time. We were guided but not rushed. Excellent value for money and a very respectful and loving send off for Mum. Jane was amazing very thoughtful and has amazing attention to detail very loving and made it seem effortless. You cannot fault them at all answered every question helped and offered support even after dealing with the funeral. Honestly say the hardest time was made a little easier because of her and the company. Words can't describe how amazing she has been for us.

We could not give our mother in law a better send off

The person she got to speak ( Sarah -clergy) was amazing too thoughtful kind and quick with responses and grateful for everything.

I just wanted to share what wonderful support and service we got from all that we interacted with at Harpins. Our Grandmother passed away during the night at Wakefield Hospice and despite the very early call they could not have been kinder. This was our 1st time arranging a funeral, the support we got from Sara as we worked through our options. They were respectful at all times and guided us in giving Granny a send off that she very much deserved after a long and well lived 95 years! I hugged Sara's daughter as we left the crematorium and as much as I hope we don't see them again anytime soon. I know exactly who would we call if needed. Thank you x
