They handled everything with great sensitivity and respect, ensuring that our mother was treated with the utmost dignity. When we visited her at the funeral parlour, the care they had taken to make her look as beautiful as possible meant more to us than words can express.
Throughout the funeral planning, they were incredibly thorough, patient, and understanding, helping us create a service that felt truly special and personal. Their warmth and genuine care really shone through, especially at times when not everyone we encountered showed the same level of kindness, which is something we will never forget.
The interment was handled with such respect and grace, and the words spoken on the day were absolutely beautiful and deeply comforting to our family.
